A “world-class” forward is now a top attacking target for Tottenham Hotspur, alongside AFC Bournemouth star Antoine Semenyo.

Spurs vying to sign Son Heung-min replacement

Son Heung-min has proven he still has plenty left to give since making the move to LAFC in the summer, with the South Korean picking up eight goals and three assists in his opening nine MLS games, so Tottenham may be ruing the decision to sanction a sale.

Initially, Xavi Simons featured at left-wing in Son’s place, but the Dutchman has since moved into a more central role, with Wilson Odobert being given the nod against Leeds United, but the young Frenchman is still yet to register a Premier League goal contribution this term.

On the opposite flank, Mohammed Kudus has made a more impressive start, scoring the winning goal in the 2-1 victory against Leeds, but Thomas Frank may feel he is a little light on top-quality options on the left.

As such, it is no doubt exciting news that Spurs are preparing a January move for AFC Bournemouth star Antoine Semenyo, with Frank of the belief the 25-year-old would be the “perfect fit” in his squad.

With nine goal contributions to his name in the Premier League already this season, a move to a Champions League club could provide the platform for Semenyo to become one of the best wingers in the world.

According to a report from TEAMtalk, Semenyo is one of Tottenham’s top targets to replace Son, but so is Atalanta star Ademola Lookman, with the north Londoners expected to spend a significant amount of money on a new left-winger.

Spurs came close to signing Lookman in the summer, at which point he was valued at £43m, but the deal fell through, as the Italian club were unwilling to sanction a loan move and wanted a permanent sale.

Since then, however, the forward has worked his way back into first-team contention, starting against FC Como last time out, and the Nigerian’s previous exploits suggest he could be a fantastic addition to Frank’s squad…

Tottenham have announced that transfer chief Fabio Paratici has returned to N17 on an official basis after months of reports, and he will work alongside Johan Lange as a co-sporting director.

Paratici lent a helping hand to CEO Vinai Venkatesham, Lange and manager Thomas Frank over the summer window, but ex-chairman Daniel Levy’s departure threatened to cast doubt on his rumoured return to Spurs as a full-time employee.

Now, those doubts have been quashed, with Paratici officially taking up a sporting director role with Lange as the pair lead Tottenham’s recruitment drive in unison.

Venkatesham added that the increased demands on sporting directors in today’s climate prompted the club to move forward with two experienced chiefs in Lange and Paratici.

After Tottenham were also bankrolled with a £100 million cash injection via the Lewis family last week, the January transfer window now looks even more interesting.

Tottenham identify new target in Rangers star Nicolas Raskin

According to TEAMtalk, Lange and Paratici may have already got to work on identifying a new target for midfield — Rangers star Nicolas Raskin.

The Belgium international is cut above the Gers’ star man at Ibrox, with the Glasgow giants placing a £20-25 million price tag on his head. A sale at that price would make Raskin their club-record departure, and it is believed Spurs have emerged as the latest contender for his signature.

Tottenham are expressing an interest in Raskin ahead of the January window, and considering he has just under two years remaining on his current contract, the Teddy Bears may well have a decision to make if Paratici and Lange come forward with a suitable bid.

The 24-year-old, who was a handful for James Maddison for Spurs when they met Rangers in the Europa League last season, bagged five goals and 11 assists in nearly 50 appearances across 24/25, despite mostly playing as a defensive anchor.

With Yves Bissouma likely departing in 2026, whether that be in the winter or at the end of the season when his deal expires, Raskin could be a very astute replacement for the Mali international.

Rangers are faced with a critical decision amidst serious interest from the Premier League, Serie A and Bundesliga — cash-in now or risk losing him for a much cheaper price further down the line.

وأتم: “أنا عندي مشكلة مع عدي الدباغ مهاجم الزمالك، يُهدر انفرادات سهلة، المهاجم المفترض أن يطور نفسه، لكنه اليوم اتخذ 3 قرارات خاطئة في 3 انفرادات”.

وبفوز الزمالك، اليوم ارتقى إلى المركز الثاني في ترتيب جدول الدوري المصري، برصيد 22 نقطة.

Segundo suas palavras, a fibrose muscular refere-se ao desenvolvimento excessivo de tecido fibroso e cicatricial no músculo. O tratamento é feito de maneira multidisciplinar, visando aliviar a dor, melhorar a função muscular e restaurar a mobilidade.

A fisioterapia desempenha um papel central nesse processo, com profissionais projetando programas de exercícios personalizados para fortalecer os músculos afetados, técnicas de massagem para aliviar a tensão e mobilizações articulares para melhorar a amplitude de movimento. Além disso, recursos como termoterapia e eletroestimulação podem ser utilizadas.

Ao ser questionado sobre o tempo de tratamento, Gustavo Russo explicou que varia de paciente para paciente, muito por conta do grau da lesão e o quanto a fibrose está limitando a realização das tarefas. Desta forma, a presença de Arboleda na final contra o Flamengo dependeria destes aspectos, com uma chance do zagueiro se recuperar a tempo do confronto.

Acho que o ciclo do Abel no Palmeiras não se encerrou, porém ele tem que deixar algumas convicções de lado, como Mayke de ponta e Marcos Rocha de terceiro zagueiro, isso não bate, o time fica lento, e automaticamente exposto. O Palmeiras, mesmo com tudo, venceu dois campeonatos no ano. Abel ainda tem muito para mostrar para a torcida palmeirense, é só deixar de morrer abraçado em suas maluquices.
