O Corinthians deseja repatriar o zagueiro Anderson Martins e já abriu negociações com os representantes do jogador de 29 anos, como informou o LANCE! nesta sexta-feira. O Timão saiu atrás de pelo menos outros dois clubes brasileiros que já haviam iniciado conversas com o jogador, mas tem um trunfo na manga do qual Vasco e Atlético-MG não dispõem: a proximidade entre Anderson Martins e o técnico Fábio Carille, que conviveram durante seis meses em 2014 e voltaram a se falar nos últimos dias, justamente para o comandante corintiano externar sua vontade de receber o zagueiro como reforço.

Anderson Martins defendeu o Corinthians entre junho e dezembro de 2014, quando Mano Menezes era treinador e Fábio Carille, o auxiliar. Foram 21 partidas, um gol marcado e um contrato de um ano abreviado pela metade porque o time do Qatar dono de seus direitos econômicos ativou uma cláusula contratual para exigir o retorno imediato. Na ocasião, o zagueiro era titular do Corinthians ao lado de Gil e acumulava boas atuações.

Além de estabelecer o contato entre Anderson Martins e Fábio Carille, a curta passagem do jogador pelo Parque São Jorge também contribuiu para uma razão que hoje dificulta o retorno ao Corinthians: o clube deixou de pagar parcelas dos direitos de imagem do jogador e mantém a dívida até os dias atuais. Segundo o último balanço financeiro divulgado pelo clube, os números se aproximam de R$ 1 milhão.

Já consciente da barreira financeira criada pela última gestão e também do trunfo que é a presença de Fábio Carille no comando, o Corinthians definiu Anderson Martins como prioridade para a zaga neste segundo semestre. O clube conta com os titulares Balbuena e Pablo, além dos jovens Pedro Henrique e Léo Santos e de Vilson, que nem sequer estreou neste ano por problemas físicos, mas deseja um jogador mais experiente para o setor.

Anderson Martins tem mais um ano de contrato com o Al-Jaish, do Qatar, mas está em vias de obter a rescisão e ficar livre para negociar. O Vasco considera ter negociações avançadas com o jogador, mas a presença do Corinthians pode mudar o rumo da história.

وقرر مبابي تمديد عقده مع باريس سان جيرمان حتى يونيو 2025 بدلاً من الانتقال إلى ريال مدريد في صفقة انتقال حر.

ورد الخليفي على تصريحات فلورنتينو بيريز، رئيس ريال مدريد، بشأن المفاوضات مع مبابي، وذلك خلال مقابلة صحفية مطولة مع صحيفة “ماركا” الإسبانية. 

– تعرض قرار مبابي لانتقادات شديدة في إسبانيا، هل يمكنك توضيح رأيك؟ 

الخليفي: “لدي احترام كبير لـ ريال مدريد بصفته نادٍ، إنه نادٍ رائع، لكن كيليان لم يقرر أبدًا التجديد من أجل المال، وهذا هو الشيء الأول، عرض مدريد كان أفضل من عرضنا، هو لاعبنا ولديه عروض من أندية أخرى في إنجلترا إلى جانب ريال مدريد، لكنه اختار باريس سان جيرمان ولم نتحدث معه أو مع أسرته عن المال حتى اللحظة الأخيرة، كان مبابي قبل كل شيء مهتمًا بالمشروع وكرة القدم والرياضة، إنه باريسي وفرنسي وأراد البقاء هنا لتمثيل مدينته وبلده وناديه وما قيل عنه ليس عادلاً، بالنسبة لهم، المال ليس أهم شيء، فهم يريدون الفوز ويريدون مشروعًا رياضيًا”.

Speaking live on Sky Sports (via Football Daily), reporter Michael Bridge has made a claim on Manchester City’s ‘next bid’ as they try to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur before August 31.

Since Sky first broke news of Kane’s desire to leave Spurs way back in May, there have been no shortage of reports linking him with a move to the Premier League champions.

Pep Guardiola recently confirmed their desire to sign the Englishman as they hunt for a Sergio Aguero replacement, with the Sky Blues arguably lacking a world class goal scorer in their team.

Kane is understood to desire a move to the Etihad Stadium by reliable sources but chairman Daniel Levy is apparently refusing to budge as deadline day looms.

As per Bridge, speaking live on Sky Sports (via Football Daily), City do have a ‘next bid’ lined up for the 28-year-old.

According to the journalist’s information, Spurs will receive an offer of around £127 million for their superstar striker.

“It’s down to Manchester City, they need to come up with a bid which Daniel Levy will deem acceptable,” he explained on Sky.

“From what we’re told at the moment, the next bid will be around €150 million, which is, what, £127 million.

“From what I’m told with Tottenham that is not something Spurs are willing to accept, the problem we’re getting here for both clubs is that time is running out.”

The Verdict: Consider it?

At 28, Kane has arguably reached the peak of his powers already and it’s more unlikely that a club could come in with a similar offer next summer or the summer afterwards.

The striker, who bagged a sensational 23 goals and 14 assists last season in the Premier League alone, wants to leave and if Spurs are to cash in and make as much money as possible then the time is now.

A £127m offer from City should, at the very least, be considered by Levy as managing director Fabio Paratici also looks strengthen Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad before August 31.

With the eye for talent Paratici has shown so far, one would have to assume the transfer guru could find quality players in as many as three positions with that sort of money.

O contrato do jogador no clube carioca é por empréstimo até o fim da temporada.

Vasco e São Paulo dividirão o pagamento de seu salário. No acordo, há a possibilidade de o Cruz-Maltino comprar Wellington em definitivo ao término do período exercendo uma cláusula de prioridade. Vale lembrar que o volante tem contrato com o São Paulo até outubro de 2018. Além de Wellington, Breno e Paulão, o Vasco está para anunciar as contratações do zagueiro Lucas Rocha, por empréstimo do Boavista, e do volante Bruno Paulista, em empréstimo do Sporting, de Portugal. A dupla já está treinando com os companheiros em São Januário, mesmo antes de suas contratações serem confirmadas pelo clube presidido por Eurico Miranda. Há ainda a possibilidade do zagueiro Anderson Martins, mas o Vasco aguarda que a sua rescisão no Qatar seja colocada no papel.

An update has emerged on Leicester City transfer target David Neres, regarding his future at Ajax.

What’s the talk?

Ajax chief Marc Overmars has admitted that Leicester City target Neres has a strong chance of leaving the Dutch club before the end of the transfer window.

The Foxes are reportedly interested in signing the Brazilian forward and Overmars has issued an interesting statement on his future. He told ESPN, via Leicester Mercury: 

“The chance that Neres will stay here is small.”

These comments from Overmars are sure to leave Leicester fans excited as they leave the door wide open for a deal to be done in the next 36 hours or so.

Brendan Rodgers’ squad lacks depth in the wide areas and the arrival of Neres could provide serious competition at the top end of the pitch. Marc Albrighton, Harvey Barnes and Ayoze Perez are the club’s natural wide players, although James Maddison, Kelechi Iheanacho, and Patson Daka could be deployed there if required.

Albrighton, despite scoring against Norwich at the weekend, has not been able to consistently deliver goals and assists in recent seasons. The versatile veteran managed one goal in 31 Premier League appearances (17 starts) last season for the Foxes, having failed to score in 20 games in the previous campaign.

The arrival of Neres, if Leicester are now able to get a deal over the line, could allow Albrighton to take a backseat and be used as a dependable backup option. £24.3m-rated Neres, meanwhile, provided six goals and six assists for Ajax in all competitions last season.

This was after 10 goals and 10 assists in the 2019/20 campaign and 17 goals and 12 assists the year before that for the Dutch giants. Therefore, he has the potential to come in and provide an attacking threat from out wide with goals and assists.

At the age of 24, Neres is also a player with potential who could grow alongside Leicester as a club. Rodgers could take him in and coach him into becoming a top-class winger, which fans could enjoy seeing in the Premier League – alongside the other young players at the club like Youri Tielemans, James Maddison, Harvey Barnes and Wilfred Ndidi.

Supporters could be excited about Neres’ potential, along with the statistics he has already produced for Ajax. This is why the comments from Overmars will be music to their ears ahead of Tuesday’s transfer deadline, but it is now down to Rodgers and co to get a deal over the line.
